Subscription FAQs

  • Subscribing to a snack box delivered on a monthly, weekly or fortnightly basis only takes a few minutes. Simply click on one of the subscription boxes above and checkout. You can also buy one off boxes via our Shop.

  • Our subscription snack boxes start from as little as $140 per month to have over 60 snacks delivered to you per month.

  • Absolutely! You can choose between a one off purchase via our Shop or sign up to a subscription so you never run out of snacks.

  • One of our friendly Honesty Snacks drivers will deliver your subscription box if you are located in Melbourne or Adelaide.

    If you live outside of these areas, we ship with reputable courier companies or Australia Post.

  • We cannot send our snack boxes to PO Boxes.


Subscriber and Billing FAQs

  • Click on the Sign In link on the homepage, then click Forgot Password to send yourself a password reset email. This link will expire after 24 hours.

  • Unfortunately it isn't possible to change the email address associated with your account. You will need to cancel your subscription and create a new account and subscription using your updated email address.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account, Click on My account, and then Subscriptions. Click the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel subscription followed by Confirm.

  • You can update your payment information through your account via the Sign In link.

  • You can update your delivery address through the customer portal, via the Sign In link

  • Our secure checkout accepts credit/debit card payments.

  • All regular subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the website.

    If you are on a monthly subscription you will be billed on the day you sign up and then the same day each month. If you start your monthly subscription on the 29th, 30th or 31st, the renewal date will change when the renewal month doesn't have a corresponding date. For example, a monthly subscription started on August 31 will renew on September 30, and it will continue to renew on the 30th of each month until February. In February, it will renew on the 28th, and will continue to renew on the 28th indefinitely.

    Weekly subscriptions renew at the same time on the same day each week. Depending on the your bank and when the renewal happens, the charge may appear a day or two after the renewal date that displays on your order confirmation.

  • You can view your invoices by signing into your account. Click on Sign In followed by Account.

  • You can update your name through your account via the Sign In link.
